We cannot begin to thank In the Moment band enough for their outstanding performance at our wedding. From the very beginning of the whole process, we were taken care of professionally and personally on all levels. We were welcomed to multiple events in order to hear the band for ourselves and enjoyed every moment of it. It was clear and easy to see how dedicated and professional all of the band members were. They clearly have passion and love entertaining people! As the process progressed, Jon made sure to include each and every song we picked in our wedding reception. As time got closer to the wedding date, Jon emailed us and personally called to check in and see if we had any questions and concerns. He constantly kept us up to date as to how things were progressing. It really showed us that he was just as excited for our event as we were! Two weeks before the wedding, Jon personally met us after work at our reception site to do a "walk through" of how the night would go. It was great to be able to get together, practice announcing the bridal party's names, go over all of the details and put our last minute worries to rest.

The day of the wedding, Jon and the band members were calm, organized and professional. Words cannot describe how truly unbelievable their performance was. They kept the dance floor covered all night long!! Their transitions between songs were almost unnoticeable and their level of performing and entertaining the guests never slowed. Their rendition of the song for the 'mother and groom' dance had everyone crying happy tears. The wide variety of music genres combined with the live performance was outstanding, making our wedding reception absolutely incredible! Our guests are still talking about the music three months later. In the Moment obviously made an impression on them, but it is the personal touches, professional services,See video from Stephanie and Scott's Wedding outstanding performance and extraordinary talent that created a permanent and lasting memory for us that will last a lifetime. Hi Julie and David, Welcome home from Germany!

Back in February I attended a private event, hosted in New York City by In The Moment Enterprises, LLC. I was completely wowed and blown away by their groups, specifically their vocalists in the premier wedding band. It's funny that you are requesting a band that can play a mixture of soul/disco, Latin, jazz and rock & roll, because this is exactly what they do and a whole lot more. I've worked with other bands that lean more toward one genre than the other, but none have been quite as talented and as versatile as In The Moment. Thus far, In The Moment is working in your favor, as Jon & Cynthia have gone out of their way to collaborate with Charmed Places and as such they will be generous with your wedding as well.
We just got back from our honeymoon and all of our friends and relatives are still talking about what a great time they had at our reception, with particular emphasis on how wonderful the band was.

We would like to personally say thanks to you, Jon and the band for making our special day even better than we could have anticipated.

We are so glad that you were available to perform at our wedding. Your wide array of music and festive attitude turned what would have otherwise been an average reception into a resounding success.

We look forward to having In The Moment perform at our fiftieth wedding anniversary, LOL.

With respect to the Emcee for the evening, you created a warm and welcoming environment for our guests. You know how concerned we were about the introduction of our parents and the wedding party overall. You handled it all with finesse and class.

Throughout the evening our guests had a wonderful time listening and dancing to the music that the band expertly performed. Please let each and every member know how much we appreciated their efforts in addition to performing the ceremony music so beautifully.

During the planning stages, we attempted to personalize our celebration while creating a memorable evening for our guests. With all of the challenges that surfaced throughout our planning, you made the selection, your band and the entertainment process simple. Although we had only known you for a short time, we sense that we could trust your suggestions regarding the selection of music. Your guidance and expertise was very much appreciated and made the difference for our day. For that we are forever grateful.

One of our favorite moments during the reception was dancing to our wedding song. Our last minute selection of the song for the first dance, you and the band met the challenge of learning an unusual and unfamiliar song head on, just days before the wedding. It was performed superbly!

We enjoyed the dance as well as the reaction of our guests. I believe our guests enjoyed the surprise as much as we enjoyed the moment. We will remember it, forever and ever amen!!
