In The Moment Enterprises is family owned and managed by the dynamic duo of husband and wife Jonathan and Cynthia Dowling. The company started out of the Dowlings' realization that they had several combined attributes and skills that would prove to be invaluable to their clients.

Jonathan is a professionally trained musician with over twenty-five years of playing and performance experience, as well as over eighteen years of professional music experience. In addition, Jonathan is a master relationship builder, with over eighteen years of sales and marketing experience from his years of working for and with several prominent Fortune 1000 companies.

Jon's passion for playing music at the highest levels, his attention to details and his penchant for being a perfectionist, knowledge of the music and wedding industry, vast network of industry contacts combined with his affability and natural comfort level with any audience made this transition the next logical step in his evolving music career. Because of Jon's duality as a professional musician and a businessman, he acts as a facilitator between the musicians and the elite event planner(s,) so that both sides can communicate effectively and in a timely manner.


Cynthia Dowling

Cynthia has nearly ten years in the financial services industry and has been a licensed attorney in New York State for over eleven years. Her strengths in contract negotiations, P and L statements, balance sheets, numbers and budget planning in general benefit both our clients and musicians alike, so that they are able to receive the best product at the best possible price. Cynthia has a unique and innate ability to see beyond the surface issues, in order to assess the complete situation. This allows her to anticipate clients needs and avert issues quickly, so their event can be completed with minimal stress to our customers.
